Iterating on our weekly sync, whereby each department would present their wins and learnings of the week we have now pivoted to a weekly show hosted by our founders Christian and Matin. Each week a new topic will be the spotlight topic of discussion that will be presented to the wider business.

Why?

• We are constantly growing as a company and needed to adapt our weekly meet ups to be as scalable as possible
• More energy and time are dedicated to interesting topics and developments in the company
• Less information overload
• More deep dives into topics and projects that affect the wider business
• More introductions to new joiners and gives us more of an opportunity to welcome new joiners to the business the Capdesk way
