<aside> 💫 Each quarter we have have something called a company wide kick off. This is a 1 or 2 day event organised by the kick off committee where each department provides updates on how the last quarter went, what was achieved and what they plan to do in the next quarter.

<aside> 🤔 It’s a great opportunity for the company to come together and celebrate all we have achieved and share plans on our next targets and goals. An agenda is sent out ahead of time where you’ll be able to see the plans for the day and you’ll also be given a budget to spend on food and drink for the day. At the end of the event we’ll have a team building social that will change each quarter.
