L&L happen every two weeks during European lunch time on Thursdays. They’re open topic sessions where Capdeskers or sometimes external Speakers share their knowledge and passion about a topic with others. This can be things close to Capdesk (meeting notes, analytics stack), business topics (how to legally lie with financial numbers), or any other topic (teleporation, you always wanted to talk about why you love that one song from that B movie you watch as a high teen).

Lunch and learns are not mandatory to attend however, similar to socials, we do encourage all Capdeskers to attend if they can. Lunch and learns are not only a great learning experience but they’re also a great way to mingle and get to know your fellow Capdeskers.
