You cannot sign legal contracts on behalf of Capdesk unless you have signing capacity (only directors have). So do not do it. (If you do, you will be personally liable for the contents of that contract). Such contracts may include NDAs, side letters, partnership agreements, or anything else someone would like you to sign. Instead, contact our Head of Legal (currently Martin) and ask how to proceed and get the requester the signed document needed.

Likewise, if you need a contract for some purpose - a revision of an existing contract template, or a brand new partnership agreement, or anything else - again, contact the Head of Legal for next steps.
